Police are looking for Collins Toroitich, a grandson to Former President Moi, after he sneaked out of a hotel before settling a Shs 100,000 bill.
Collins had used Skynest Hotel in Kitale to host his girlfriend Marsha Amario’s birthday celebrations but disappeared before clearing the bill.
Collins hosted Marsha for 5 days at the hotel before he disappeared in to the thin air.
Police in Trans Nzoia have now arrested the girlfriend, Marsha and are looking for Collins.
Marsha is the daughter of the late controversial Naivasha businessman Fai Amario, who owned a Naivasha winery.
According to the hotel management, Collins and Marsha checked in on December 29 at 5 pm for six days to celebrate his lover's birthday.
Collins, son of Former President Moi’s first born son Jonathan sneaked out of Skynest hotel leaving Marsha behind with a Shs 100,000 uncleared bill.
On July 7 2016, Collins Toroitich was charged with stealing two phones worth Sh19, 000 from his daughter May Chelimo and her friend Betty Chebet in Nakuru.
The case was later withdrawn after he settled out of court with the complainant
